Glenn and his team from All Star Pest Control were fantastic.We found termites on a Saturday late in the afternoon and they were the only company that responded to our call. They arrived quickly and were very efficient and upfront. They didn't leave until after 6 and were very thorough. The team were very knowledgable and answered all our questions and gave us a clear plan moving forward.Would definutely recommend them to anyone.

Glenn came out to inspect our home the next day after I called, he and his team were friendly and took the time to explain what was going on and what we needed to do moving forward with a termite issue. Glenn was very responsive to follow up questions and phone calls and made us feel at ease. Would definitely recommend.

All-star were punctual and attended our house on the right time, Glen and his mate started with the external and covered all walkways and borders, then they sprayed all the internal house and Garage,, of course we can not judge the material they used at once, but they said the flushing system they used will stand for six months where we need to spray again only for first year,, then once yearly afterwards.All star mates were friendly and professional, price was ok, thanks, we recommend them and definitely will call them next time.

My wife and I were having a nightmare of a time dealing with termites at our recently purchased property. We’d already had reports and treatments from two other companies, but neither managed to resolve the issue. It was a very stressful and emotional time for us. A friend recommended Glenn and Ian, so we decided to give them a call.Glenn and Ian understood the urgency of the situation and were able to attend our property the next day. They brought with them not only a wealth of knowledge but also a calm, friendly attitude that made the whole process so much easier.They were upfront and informative about everything they were doing, honest about how long things might take and transparent about the costs involved.They’ve continued to guide us by fielding phone calls and text messages whenever we’ve had questions about how best to keep our home protected.They’ve truly gone above and beyond for us, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Very professional, friendly family run business and very prompt. Arrived the next morning after I rang. We had a termite inspection and outside general spray, all very well done. What a professional service. The first phone call we made was on a Saturday as we had recently moved into a house and had spiders and they were able to come out that same day!!We decided to use again for a cockroach problem and we booked it in and they came out the following weekend. They arrived when they said they wouldGlenn was so informative and helpful in regard to pest problems and what I can and should be doing around the house.I highly recommend these guys. Glenn came out within the hour of calling him and sprayed for European wasps that were out our back-door in the garden, sorted a huge underground nest there and found more while inspecting the rest of the yard, gave us loads of after care information, professional and knowledgeable, awesome to deal with would definitely be using All Star again in the new year, thanks heaps guys, life savers!

Woke up to a swarm of Euro wasps absolutely everywhere in my yard. I immediately rang Glen, he answered immediately. I explained my situation. I couldn’t even venture into my yard they were that bad. He came to my premises straight away. Treated my property so thoroughly to eradicate the wasps. Glen rang me with an update as soon as he finished. Good old fashioned service. Prompt and very reliable. Great price also. Thank you Glen for your education on said wasps. No doubt I will be in touch when my next treatment for pests is due. Cannot recommend highly enough. 11/10

We moved into our new house whilst my wife was pregnant with our first child.It was apparent that the previous owners did not care much for property maintenance, and the local wildlife was taking full advantage of the open invitation into our home.With baby on the way we needed to evict our unwanted house guests with haste.Luck was on our side when we found Glenn from All Star Pest Control.First impressions count and we were beyond impressed with the Incredibly friendly and professional service we received.Glenn worked with confidence and authority whilst sharing with us his wealth of experience which was clearly evident in the expert advice we received. Our symptoms were treated and the causes addressed.That first treatment was 2 years ago and I still cant help but rave to everyone I can about how happy we are with the results.It is rare these days to find someone who stands beside their work with pride and I can testify that the excellent and ongoing results of Glenns’ work speak for themselves. We are vigilant to make sure we keep Glenn in our calendar for routine Maintenance so that we continue to enjoy our pest free home.
